Is there a Company Wide Sick Out I heard already scheduled for March 3 ? Can anyone confirm participating

Just means it will be nice and quiet with plenty of parking and no line to get a breakfast burrito and coffee. It's going to be a great day for those of us that will still be employed by the end of that day. LOL
It's so funny how impactful everyone thinks this is. Reality is, you are 100% replaceable and probably for cheaper and less complaining. You may be good at your job, but most of these jobs don't even require a degree and we hired so many people in 2019/2020 without proper vetting, so the chances are you probably didn't even hit the initial criteria for that and had to fake it till you made it. Trust me, the company doesn't NEED you and profits won't suffer as a result. enjoy your day off!

I am on board with RTO being outdated and lame. I love hybrid as I am more productive and have a better work/life balance.
With that said, planning an “all out sick day” March 3 - will do nothing. It’s actually hurting yourselves wasting a sick day lol I totally get it though, but just sayin. Unfortunately it won’t do anything.
Careful. How do you know this “sick out” day was not encouraged by management to determine as to who is not on board with the new way of doing things.
