Rebranding DEI to “D&I”

Here we go. No more DEI! But wait, let’s create a “Technology D&I Council” instead and put an executive in charge of it. Can’t say the words for the acronym and especially not use the word equity anymore, but “D&I” sure sounds cool! Talk about brilliant marketing. I am sure this will fix things and help with RTO and a slew of other issues.

A study from the American Journal of Psychiatry in 2023 states:

Black brains are smaller than White brains, especially in the frontal lobes.

The less White blood that has mixed in with black blood, the more accurate can one be in distinguishing between White and black brains.

The anterior half of the corpus callosum is smaller in black brains than White brains.

For what it's worth, all studies on this sort of "cranial capacity" by race have been heavily discredited (hence why all those citations are from the 1800s and early 1900s).

It's just a racist dog whistle.

@dd+1jmg0q5nx It is not a tangent, it is completely relevant to DEI as companies are intentionally putting individuals with scientifically proven less cranial capacity into positions of leadership and authority. These individuals are much better suited for hard manual labor than positions that require the use of thought and complex brain patterns.

Just remember this about DEI - corporations would rather hire and promote a woman than hire a black person. That’s why our hierarchy has so many women at the top, at least they have functioning IQs above 90 unlike most blacks.

They can do what they want, but I will never play along until there is an ERN that represents those with Caucasian/European backgrounds. I can point to a hostile work environment if push comes to shove.
