Ok, I'm currently on STD possibly LTD, my supervisor told me about this VRSP separation thing going on. She suggested I look into this. I am still very sick from my heart, but my Cardiologist is releasing me back to work on March 11th. So, this is some sort of buy out. I guess I'll take it, if it's going to pay more than unemployment, even though, I wouldn't be able to get on unemployment if I sign this but that wouldn't be so bad.
