My manager called and she said role is being made redundant. Standard 6 months salary severance voluntary package offered. Nothing this company does surprises me anymore...

The comment @bv+1 seems to have hit a nerve, the brown people are firing the white people and taking the white people jobs. It does sound like, the brown people colonizing the white people.

@ae yes… it starts with volunteer layoffs and then mid march they show the axe and fire with no notice
