OP take a walk down the hall and listen to your colleagues...they are not whining or crying but they are resentful, angry and do not give a SH*T as I hear it daily and it is draining.
The decrease in wh1ning and cry1ng about having to go to work is probably because the bab1es are realizing that grown people actually go to work and expect others (adults) to do the same.
But I have a suspicion that cry1ng and wh1ning will still continue at the same pace, just about other grown up things.
Examples:
We shouldn't be expected to work scheduled hours, we should always be able to work any hours we want.
We should not be expected to complete tasks on time, even though our customers pay to be able to use our services 24/7/365.
If I hear about bad weather I should not be expected to come to work.
There was a traffic jam and it held me up for 15 minutes, so I should be able to just go home and try it again tomorrow.
They hired me during the "Workforce 2020" hiring craziness and I thought it was always going to be like "hanging out in the quad".
Even though this is my first job ever, they hired me because I have so many "skills", I should not have to do regular work.
[notice, they always use the word "skills" instead of using the word "experience". What does that tell you..... "I have so many skills", ha ha, that one always makes me laugh. The never talk about their vast experience or their understanding of the overall business, I wonder why..]
