T, why don’t you start doing random dr-g tests since you’re trying to cut costs? Sure the dr-g tests will cost too but the amount of people you’d be able to let go will be more. No need to make everyone RTO when there’s not one to one seating

Why don’t we dr-g test managers ???
Bc the officers are doing rails in the bathrooms daily .
Dumfuks think they’d do this sober???
Walk through the Atlanta offices any day after lunch. Reeks of weed.
“ stop hating on dei numbnuts”
Back to the commune pinko!
It would be a RANDOM dr-g test on site, not scheduled. Who wears a belt with fake ur--e to work everyday? T would get a lot of people who refuse to do the dr-g test which would result in a quick termination(easy for T and that’s what they want). A failed dr-g test would remain in your files no matter where you go after T
I’d guess 20% of the company would fail a UA but because it’s not court ordered, the individual is not observed and you get plenty of notice. Fake ur--e is less than $20, how do you think we passed the preemployment lol.
They monitor everything else...insurance,companies know how many tickets you have...missing another layoff opportunity
I'm glad you brought this up. HR should conduct background checks on ATT drivers who have not reported any citations, including DWI or DUI, to the HR department for termination. Failing to do so could pose a liability risk for ATT if any of these drivers are involved in future accidents. DOGE always says let’s remember to stay focused on work.
I bring fried chicken and watermelon for my lunch every Friday and I don’t share. A whole bucket. The watermelon is pre-sliced and stored in air tight plastic containers on the bottom shelf of the fridge. It sure does get nice and near ice cold. “Amazing” as Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson would say.
Can’t do dr-g tests. Sleepy Ward and Hippy Heidi would probably contest the result and blame any false positives on the poppyseed muffins. It is a thing of beauty to see them sharing a muffin though. Heidi pops the top and gives the stump to Ward who is none the wiser. He just stares at the stump thinking that’s how modern cupcakes are made.
stop hating on dei numbnuts but I do agree with dr-g testing and motor vehicle citations not being reported. they should all be terminated.
DEI hates this one simple trick
That would reduce their DEI workforce, and we can’t have that.
