How long does it take for at&t to send you a return to work notice if you stop showing up or taking calls? I am 100% sure I am going to be fired. They've been trying to fire me for months but went out on leave. Will I continue to get paid if I just stop showing up?

This ain't high school. Grow up! Not smart to avoid work and get paid. You have to work for the Feds to do that successfully...
Less than 20 percent care about RTO. It contagious when you see other group’s individuals maybe show up once a month and see them leaving around 2PM. This has happened all of 2024 and the same deal so far in 2025.
I don't give a fu-k do whatever the he-l you want to do. its your life.
What the he-l is wrong with you?
The process has been streamlined and reduced to one week.
I have a boss that puts a piece of paper where I normally sit. It says Urgent please come see me. If they don’t show up. They are outta here.
If it were me, I would at least go in once to get my red stapler
Oh boy -- I know the actual answer to this one -- it's approx 30 days. They'll have to send a Return to Work letter to your address of record, you'll be given days to respond or show up, then if you don't, they'll have to go through the process with HR of actually separating you from the Company.
Reason I know this as a 2nd line - Had an employee just stop coming to work one day, and they never did return.
You’d be better served attending a call a day or just sending an email a day to your boss. Being salary they can’t claim job abandonment cuz technically you “worked” and you aren’t missing.
Oh look, Stanks social media warriors are out down voting things again.
Atleast a month if not more
For a time
