Try getting an exceeds rating and a 1.5% raise every year. Btw I quit trying to get an exceeds, problem is so did everyone else.
I heard 5% for everyone. Followed by surplus letters in April
Who cares? I’m just riding it out for a few more years. I’ll RTO or whatever and then retire when I’m ready or collect severance. It would be boring sitting at home anyway. I like socializing at the office. I don’t have much else at this point.
