Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

My life has gotten so much worse since RTO

I swear, once people get used to a better situation, it’s ten times harder to go back. I miss those extra hours with my kids, I hate being stuck in traffic twice a day, and I absolutely hate losing the peace and quiet I need to do my job. Such a senseless change.

I cherished work from home. I had my kids in daycare or after school care so there wasn’t a need to leave early unless they were sick. It was expensive but it was what was right. I hate that the rapant abuse has ruined the privileged for us all.

So whats the solution you piece of s..h.it, nobody should have kids anymore? You are lower than a s..cu..m to even think this towards people with kids. Yet yall cry when women dont want to reproduce anymore, because of this!

“My kids are black. Now what do you have to say about it? Suddenly you change your tune huh kracker?”

Why would race make any difference?

“Put your kids on the school bus. They need to lose their entitlement in preparation for the real world.”

“Rampant childcare on company time led to the demise of WFH. Starting and stopping work early to transport children”

We were just doing what they had previously encouraged us to do, enjoy a happy and healthy work-life balance. That was before the extreme left wokeism virtue signaling trash took the company over. Now its, let’s get rid of the white people, lets get rid of the white people. GFY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only the executives can afford round the clock care, personal drivers, etc. They can’t relate to the problems we face daily. RTO is a major additional cost as well. Having to pay for gas, car maintenance, tolls, food, clothes, childcare. All in the name of fake non existent “collaboration”.

Sure let’s all waste dollars and hours everyday commuting for absolutely zero fu--ing benefit to ourselves or the company. Everyone sees right through the smoke and mirrors.

“Rampant childcare on company time led to the demise of WFH. Starting and stopping work early to transport children and the constant distractions inherent with regularly taking care of dependents at home on company time was never the intent of allowing hybrid schedules. Childcare needs should not be used as a counter argument to RTO. You were abusing WFH.”

Fu-k you, you lousy piece of sh-t bootlicker. If you have kids I feel terrible for them.

“I'm having to drop off the kids to school an hour early, and pick them up an hour late. It pains me knowing they're standing in front of the school in the morning and waiting at the library in the afternoon because of my lousy job.”
