The broken presence report was used to enforce the change from 3x8 to 5x8 RTO. That was about a year ago. Imagine how inaccurate it was then when used to make that decision.
Since then they think the report has improved enough to share it out with the entire company. They really thought this report was close to 100% accurate. Turns out it’s only about 30% accurate.
Makes you wonder, did they make a mistake and a bad decision based on bad data? Jay D to blame?
