Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

What kind of leave is available?

What kind of leave am I eligible for without a doctor's note or documentation? I am getting laid off this year (haven't been notified of the date yet) but I would prefer to just not have to RTO in the meantime bc I am eligible for the max severance amount and don't want to forfeit that. Any ideas?

Resignation is a kind of leave you are looking for. It does not require doctor’s notice. You just send your notice to HR and done.

There are various leaves as laid out in attendance policy, sabbatical, military, short term disability, family, FMLA, etc.. look it up, just don’t expect to get paid for most of them.
