What did they expect—everyone to quit because of the RTO? In this economy, with a terrible job market? Those of us who could did comply with the RTO because we all need this damn job. Now, we’re facing massive layoffs. What’s the latest? Rounds scheduled until June? As if we weren’t already stressed enough.

No office near me - are people in other offices still going in? Anyone put on a PIP for not complying 100% w the policy?
“ Do you know a timeframe? 1-2months, 3-5months, or 6months later?”
Depends upon what our investor relations puppet master instruct. I’m hearing June.

Never claimed I was going to quit.
I did state that, in order to take advantage of the cool in-office opportunities we were given, day-to-day work would hit the backburner.
It's true. I look so hard to collaborate, cross-functionally communicate, spontaneously conversate, and culture advocate that there just isn't time for the mundane and dreary task work.
Sadly for me, since no one on my team is in this office, I inevitably fail. But I know that Cordani and the SLT believe in me so I approach each new day with optimism and vigor.
One day soon, someone on-site will talk to me. And the seemingly-wasted days, weeks, and months will all be worthwhile.
But quit? Never.
“ This board was full of people claiming they were about to quit because of RTO. Sounds like everyone chickened out or realized cigna was the best they could get.”
You know what they say about a bird in the hand. You’re left with sh-t in your hand.
Did it not work out? For every person that left voluntarily, that's one less severance package cigna has to pay out. That's a win, no matter how many or few.

“The hammer is coming down. Good luck to everyone.”
