Those who are still left, what are you waiting on to leave? They've consolidated one team in Dallas, and now have enough to consolidate another. They cut your base $10,000 and said "we're raising your at risk". Now, they're raising the ADI quota to 5 so they don't have to pay the "raised" commission! Their pay on install scam is also favored towards them. With everybody leaving, they get paid $0 on sales they made that hasn't installed yet.
You managers post on LinkedIn how you're hiring for an amazing opportunity and a great team. How do you sleep at night? That's a bald faced lie, and you know it! There are not many jobs that su-k more than this job, and the leadership that runs it!

So glad I left last month! They’re trying to skate paying out any commission with the 30% rule. Fiber territory is wild work, it ALMOST makes me feel bad for the managers forced to micromanage.

I loved this place. It’s sad to see it decay like our copper. I have no idea what the future holds but I hope everyone comes out OK. (Except leadership of course. They can chew rocks)
