Don't waste your time applying internally. Once you tell the recruiter that you are displaced, they try to make it sound like the job is not right for you and you will never hear back.

definitely through the corporate site but best option is to get a referral for the role from someone who knows the hiring manager. barring that, a referral in workday from any wf employee

Do you want to apply at a place that's basically a social network with resume farming job posts, or do you want to apply directly with an organization that's actively laying people off for at least the next 3 years?

Better to apply direct through WF site. If you are WF employee, go thru Internal hire process. But noticed Workday app form forces you to add info like Education grad dates or manually type in resp. by job -- even though as an employee HR should have access to this info. Internal process manual and painful, which I sus intentional. Education dates give HM/Recruiter a way to filter out people by sus age range. Making internal app process difficult discourages EMPLOYEES people from applying - but we all that is the goal anyway. Also check Post Date and End date on JD. If gap between Post Date and End Date less than a week, assume JD is phantom (they already have someone lined up.). Have seen a few where "new" JD's with Post and End dates less than 48 hours apart. Sus.

Why would this be different at any company? You always apply at the company’s website.
