Why not. It’s not my deadline it’s yours. It’s not my company. It’s not my work, I’m just the somebody that does it when i’m there. We know it’s going to be one of those years where they bounce a bunch of us out the door. Why not spend some sick days and caregiver days. I’m packing up and quitting next week once bonus hits. I’ll let you know how long it takes for them to notify me about RTO non compliance.
Definitely, take your caregiver and sick days before using vacation days. The company will not pay out your caregiver days but they will pay out your accrued sick days.
