@dz+1jn1x5jp9 yeah bigotry is the same regardless of the pigment of someone's skin. For example saying all people of a certain race are better or worse at a certain thing is a negative stereotype. Having different people with different points of view working together ultimately strengthens an organization, as opposed to having one point of view 10 times.

@dx+1jn1x5jp9, In the NBA, black players are very bigoted against white players. Wouldn't you call that racist discrimanation? They are good at basketball, but unfortunately they are not so good at running businesses. It is what it is.

Nice, maybe this means that the managers will actually know what they are talking about instead of asking their underling to respond. I’ve seen that far too often the past 3 years.

The problem with DEI is that it still mentions race, skin color, etc. As long as they keep mentioning those words, racism will never go away, there can be no equality or justice for all.
