Everyone's bonus YTR showed this our Management did not give ours to us for that reason and said a corrected statement would be sent. Let's just hope it is just a paper error and does not effect our bonus amount in March check and also correct on Workday.

it looks like workday just uses your role target %, rather than the announced merit. i recall prior YTR statements uses announced merit.

They're saving money and testing loyalty, if you don't ask about the deficit, they save, if you ask, you are disloyal and are put on the list. T win-win

I heard the number was if the bonus was paid out at 100%. Your YTR isn't accurate as far as bonus goes check compensation on Workday for your actual bonus amount. Go to your profile > actions > compensation > bonus.

If you're talking about your YTR report which you may have received today, what is shown is the success bonus amount paid last March, not the one coming up next week. Without further info, can't provide much more insight.

HR Comms team not exactly known for accuracy on communications. They sent the wrong emails to legacy blue employees when the pension was adjusted for higher interest rates and many were caught off guard when their cash balance dropped by 30%.
