I fought for package in 2019 and got it.
How long is it going to take before the BOD conclude Hans leadership and strategy has been a complete failure.
Embrace change or "change energizes us" was part of the VZ credo. We are a shell of the 2000 company. VZ had a good run but endless bad decisions including putting in a leader from a previous mega collapse is the biggest mistake. We don't even speak of the credo anymore.
What was the strategy they were talking about?
This is a real flashback. Things have been ever-changing for sure. VSP in Dec 2018, 2.0 in 2019, promotion in 2020, reorg and laid off in Feb 2022 (found a new role), more impacts in Aug 2022, and now perhaps more impacts Oct 2022? Wow, when they said “embrace change,” they meant embrace change. Whew.
Sad.
