Anyone else notice the overuse of email distro's by team India. Indians love to add 5-10 massive email distro to the email chains so everyone knows they did 5 min of work. They purposely create a chaotic outlook mess to confuse management on what's going on. It used to be if you got the email it applied to you in some way, now i wade thru 100's of emails a day with zero impact to me. Most the team in India sits on calls and say nothing, when asked a question 9/10 you find out they are not even on the call. Everything here a epic mess.

I love Indian cuisine.
It is their managers forcing them to do this.
The regular employees hate this stuff because it is a waste of time for them BUT they will take a major hit on performance review if they don't do it. Like needs improvement hit.
WHY does India management do this you ask?
It's because their managers don't know how to manage.
They focus on volume wording instead of showing progress and results since they don't know how to have a team create results consistently.
India management over promises and under delivers every day and they know they do.
They hide these failures with volume BS.
Remember when India said they could do the WF Help Desk (Tech Connect) call center work better than the Manila team members and Upper management moved it all to India from Manila.
Suddenly we had 2+ hour wait times for Tech Connect. It was a JOKE.
We suffered for over a year until they hired and trained enough people to get the wait times down.
NO ONE was fired so India learned that they could lie and over promise and its fine.
So, we see this pattern continuing every year with no end in sight.

If you all have guts, go and tell trumpy to put 50% tariff on offshore servicing that includes outsourcing. This will bankrupt the US companies. He might do it because he knows bankruptcies well

The People of India are ready to help with our lack of work cultural issues and they embrace AI. Lot of needfulness over here. They work cheaper and harder and with modern computers and connections. They don't work from home and happy to go to a lousy cubicle for 10 hours for much less pay. Thank you and come again, sir...

If it's really not important to you, just make outlook filters so it never hits your inbox at all. You can always look through the unread items across all folders about once or twice a day

I’m convinced they get extra pay for giving access to dashboards nobody requested, every couple weeks I get added to a dashboard that has nothing to do with my job. I’m not even in technology.
