Been sitting at what’s basically a plastic folding table in a straight leg chair hunched over my laptop for over a month. My back and my neck are shot. I’m no spring chicken but I hobble around now like I’m twice my age.

They won’t let you WFH for that. They’ll say you’re getting a new ergonomic chair, but then send you a surplus notice instead.
How do I file for WFH for golf course accommodation. Swinging those clubs is the only cure for my back injury sustained in the office.
Trying to get a job accommodation to temporarily WFH after having 4 surgeries over the last few months and have another pending, have doctors letter (which my management is fine with) but the company is making me jump through hoops. Ridiculous, should have just went on disability.
you will be placed on disability , investigated, then terminated.
There is no such thing as “ file for WFH” .
What does that even mean?
If you’re injured go to your doctor.
If serious about it being due to your seat at work, that’s an OSHA complaint.
You may wind up with your own chair in the office after an OSHA investigation.
Job accommodation will result in specialized desk and seat before WFH.
Does Eve at your location have the same seating arrangement or just you?? Retake your PLE class, it advises you to get up and stretch often and other exercises you can do to prevent your hobbled state. Or find a better seat.
A sime email with just two words will do the trick: “I resign.”
