Please, give me a concrete example because I can't remember a single time that happened. If you can't. then why are you even bothering with them? They are nothing but a chance for leadership to placate employees by answering a bunch of pre-approved questions. They are the definition of useless.

But moonbeams town halls were hilarious to watch. Once I had a plumber replacing a garbage disposal at the house and I had the townhall playing on my laptop. The plumber started cracking up and asked what I was listening to. He was gobsmacked that a CEO would spew such nonsense.
JF town halls are make you want to retch or cry depending on the day. So best to skip them unless coworkers give it good ratings.
They haven't been, ever sin e Prof Moonbeam was in charge, and they are getting worse all the time. I stopped watching them a long time ago......no one is putting a g-n to your head making you watch them. Exercise some personal control and spend your time doing other useful things, such as updating your resume, applying for other jobs, and interviewing.
For all you folks who werent around when Mulally was the CEO, you missed out on seeing a true leader.

@1hhu Doug ain’t no Alan. Been to both meetings. Doug is all about Doug and his image. Alan had a heart of service. He was truly there to help everyone and the company be its best.
I was in person for several AM Town Hall / Employee Update meetings. They were electric in atmosphere. We stood and cheered while AM blushed. He said we should cheer for ourselves, not him. He knew his BUSINESS. No bull, no excuses, no whining, no let’s see what happens. Just Results.
Were not all questions about the covid mandate answered? 30 day sabbaticals explained? 54 vs 108 explained? All the firings and re-orgs? Project con way?
Have you been attending the Mode e townhalls that are led by Doug Field? I recommend that you begin to attend those meetings as they are very insightful.

JF in no shape or form is a leader. No one trust the guy. He speaks out of both sides of his mouth. He is not a product guy, but he thinks he is. Trust me he is No Alan, No Iacocca nor a Bob Lutz. JF and BF are two cartoon characters BEEVEIS & BU-----D.
