Will the proposals department be okay? BDM's, Writers, Content Managers, etc. Has anyone heard of which departments will see cuts if they don't meant their overall quota?

I can't imagine AI could take over much of proposal services. Proposal writers and content managers I am sure could leverage the use of AI in drafting certain things, or perhaps filling out very standard questions on RFP's, but to write with empathy, creativity, and strategic direction based on each individual RFP needs human touch..or at least to make a great proposal if UHC wants to continue to make record sales. Even the standard responses usually need tweaking to fit the needs of the customer. BDM's are essential in plan design, keeping everything organized and on track, keeping close ties with sales and all other departments to obtain the necessary documents, and making sure the entire submission is done well and done timely. I could go on, but I don't think replacing anyone in that department with AI would benefit UHC. Customers want things tailored and customized specifically to them. Been with the company a long time and know how that department works. But then again, who knows. All depends on the advancement of AI and what the executives want. I just don't see that area being downsized much. Anyone else agree/disagree?????
