How is someone like the CMO of Investment Management still here? spends millions on vanity projects that do nothing to help grow the business. On right the good people leave or are laid off… terrible leaders like her stay on. That’s BNY Mellon. She has created a culture on our team to do the minimum and stay out of her line of sight. Everyone is miserable

Horrible
It’s endemic among leadership. Why would any seriously good leader come to work at the Bank? No strategy, no innovation, antiquated technology and manual processing, Even when we got the Trump windfall we blew it all without improving anything that our customers would actually notice. We’re so antiquated that even a Fintech won’t buy us out likely because the cost of conversion is larger than the our value.
A real piece of work. I was fascinated to watch that person operate.
