Firstnet has a ridiculous amount of managers, directors and Asst Veeps that don’t do anything besides waste time of direct reports right before there own meetings with there Veeps to gain talking points to fake like they no what’s going on. They are useless and taking jobs from qualified people. They waste everyone’s time and don’t add value. There teams are demoralized and not respected. They are deadweight and buffoon who coast on govt cash. DOGE needs to come in a d clean up. The ones here at hq moved floors and now annoy even more people with there arrogance be cause they think they are untouchable by surplus. Two people claim to have sent dms to Musk asking him to investigate. It might take them a few months but soon they’ll be in the Dallas Star getter ng lauded for ending Firstnet fleecing of taxpayers.

From the retail side, FirstNet is a joke. The verification process for users should be extremely stringent. I have people in hospitals who wash floors on FirstNet. They say the reps come in and insist they get FirstNet. I also have people who have nothing to do it emergency management coming in. Some examples I've seen are car salesmen, food delivery and a mortician. FirstNet should not be relied upon in the time of an emergency.

Anyone who is part of the AT&T knows that Public Sector was the first organizations to consolidate, then do an extreme downsize and then get rid of back-end bloat and off-board the bad employees, like OP, and as this way with T, now with the recent changes, there is more to come.

Its funny that you then say "DOGE needs to come in a d clean up." You know who gets laid off before any of the wasteful VP's and Directors? The demoralized teams that are just trying to get the requested work done. They won't get a chance to move to a different part of the company that might need people. They will just be gone. Those VP's and maybe some of the Directors will just get moved.

I know people in FirstNet that do absolutely nothing, while people outside FirstNet do all their work and then they take credit for it. It’s hilarious. They essentially take other orgs work and pretend like it’s their own.
