RTO is here to stay guys and gals. We have to embrace it. I am personally enjoying it.

RTO ends when headcount goal is achieved. Likely middle of next year teams roll back to 3 days.

This is the line of the week …

RTO is actually leading to an upturn for T.

Oh look, another C-suite staffer claiming to have created water because it is high tide. Institutions are moving into dividend stock funds defensively because of recession fears. The stock price increase has nothing to do with our incompetent leadership's decisions. Going into more debt to buy back stock is a zombie company decision. Execs are preparing to cash out.

“ RTO is actually leading to an upturn for T. Check the stock price. Maximizing productivity for employees is working.”
Negative, has very little to nothing to do with RTO. Has more to do with cost cutting and longer term is not sustainable. Have to have growth and innovation to sustain or the perception of potential future growth. Everyone I see is 8 and out every day. I can’t say work is getting done any faster. If anything things are taking longer.
