Lori Lee (or "L2" as she's called, apparently) is a deeply uninspiring leader. I listened 75 minutes more than I should've listening to a bunch of nonsense. She either had no vision for what HR should be or she doesn't really care.

Lori is a tool and puts nothing of HR in running the org. We never hear any recognition from her or the leadership teams with Rick or the HRAVP’s leaders. The retail HRBP’s have not seen a connection award in years. Oh and Astad is a tool and just known for cutting his dept and relying on inept contractors to help staff the stores. The previous staffing managers are missed!

There is no room for people to have vision when everything is dictated from the very top. The unfortunate thing is that very few of the leaders have the testosterone level to push back and leave.
