And not to mention that often 20 down votes come within minutes of a post going up.
Do what I do, when the idi@t creates one of their clearly controversial posts in favor of the Stink and gives 20 up votes, send email to the moderator to get it taken down. :-D

Contractors are NOT employees, no severance packages, no notice to terminate contractor required, no company event participation, no awards, etc. I've terminated many contractors over my career for a number of reasons, just asked them to leave immediately (which they did) and notified their consulting company to stop their billing. Never had to call Security to escort them out.

What's your evidence that this is happening? Maybe you can't accept the fact that others disagree with your opinion and you are looking for ways to think you are right.
Very simple. Look at the basic trend of up/down vote numbers on regular posts. When you see that a relevant post which reflects the truth has 20 upvotes and 57 downvotes it’s not hard to tell what’s going on.
One person is wasting their time doing all those downvotes alone as instructed by stink and HR to try and create a false narrative that people enjoy RTO. Nobody believes it because nobody enjoys it, and the egregious number of downvotes which are totally unrealistic quantities make it even more obvious that it’s falsified.
