My AVP is so stupid, and probably only got the job by kissing people's a-s. His only skill is cracking stupid jokes and using corny phrases. Also avoided RTO for a year.

Now that we got that out of the way, let me tell you about some delicious donuts.
Yesterday, in the spirit of RTO, I bought a dozen donuts from Dunkin Donuts. I took a picture of myself with three of the donuts hanging around on my donut pole. I then placed the box of donuts in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy. It’s a game of random chance and luck, just like T plays with our lives.
I will be printing the picture of the donut pole and hanging it up in the same area next week. Isn’t RTO fun?

My AVP is here in Georgia and stares at live internet webcams all day. She drives a Scooby Doo van and speaks like a hippy that just smoked some weed. She checks all the DEI boxes and reports to a human rock with moss on it. She is uniquely unqualified for our big budget program she leads, yet somehow manages to stay employed in spite of her outward facing display of incompetence. We message each other on Teams and she even loses focus with the written word. She misspells words while avoiding the use of autocorrect and spellcheck. We have a meeting scheduled with her later this morning but I have already decided to stay on mute and not engage with her or bail her out today. It has become increasingly exhausting, interjecting on her behalf, to re-phrase what she means or what she is trying to ask. This is who and what we have become.
