@dz+1jnmt41bf So tech isn't using copilot, or AI to code with? Is that universal? I thought I heard MS say some tech used it at the last earnings call. But what does the CFO know.... Lovely...
Technology is toxic because you're not an Indian. Americans at technology are disrespected all the time and the American manager's are being phased out and replaced with indians because Indians are paid less and are able to use AI tools like chat GPT co-pilot and deep seek to develop code that they emailed themselves to have the systems up and running.
Charlie and the ciso have made it very clear through their actions that investment in American technology and renovation is not the path forward because Americans cost too much all of the bank's infrastructure is going to be governed and managed by Indians moving forward and if you are an American you're going to have to be expected to stand there be quiet and jump when they tell you to jump, in short Indians will continue to promise the world because the word no doesn't exist and you as an American will be expected to perform the miracles required to deliver on said promises and while they take credit for your work you get to become a victim of PTSD and other psychological disorders because you are an American who does not matter and you need to accept that you're being replaced by an Indian because you are irrelevant this is what happens when you spend 30 years getting fat and growing a nation of individuals who think it's more important to be addressed by pronouns than actually learn what 2 + 2 is.
Do not complain and do not whine you're more than welcome to leave go work in some other technology area but be forewarned every high paying technology area you're going to answer to an Indian because Americans can't do it right without an Indian telling them what to do and how to do it.

My team is great and so is the management level above me. I really appreciate how professional everyone is and everyone can joke around and be normal people. I've worked at places where this is not the case and I value this greatly.
