• yeah, any thoughtful individual could have told you that years and billions of $ ago. We all knew it would be highly complex and loaded with unknowns and there wasn't any big demand for it anyways. We're going to re-engineer all our roads to assist with self driving vehicles because? Because why? It was nothing more than the hype of the year and Ford and others bought into it and promoted it. So what big shots over at Ford are going to get canned for pushing this and signing off on it? Oh...nobody? Gee that is (not) surprising. Same will happen with your 'all EV' plan for 2030 - when the miners hold you hostage your company will fail. Putting all your eggs in one basket - not a great idea.

There will be a lot of upset folks out there that can’t turn on their Netflix at night because the power grid goes down trying to charge EVs.

Don’t think that electricity will become any cheaper once we start using more of it.

Only a few times have I ever heard management say we gotta work harder and smarter and then stand behind those words. Usually it was some new flavor of the day and was soon forgotten.
