If our RSU's from 3/1 are vested and 100% equity why can't I transfer it to my BOA account?

Are you going to the transfer tab or the trade tab?
Once you see them you'll need to trade them and then you can send them to your account as actual transferable cash.
Strange. I sold mine Tuesday and had the money in my account yesterday.
I can see them in my Merrill account but I can't move them over to BOA to use. I'll give it a few more days
You should have Merrill account now where you see them. You have to sell them and then those proceeds can be transferred.
I thought the shares move automatically to your personal Merrill account. That's how it's been done in the past.
