Well that’s that. End of “employee appreciation week” not a word from John. Where’s the acknowledgment from the “leadership”? He really hates us all.
E&O brothers and sisters, do you feel appreciated?

Employee Appreciation is a total joke. AT&T does not give two craps about you and does not appreciate you. Its all smoke and mirrors. AT&T shoiuld be ashamed of how they treat employees..... Has anyone noticed that when there is turmoil, layoffs, forced work, etc. there are no employee satisfaction survey? Once the dust settles and people forget, they come out with them and then is managements jib to take the points that surfaced and make it better. Another total joke..!!!!!
He posted some BS on LinkedIn slumming it with it the commoners.
“ ..and the early people in line took so much that they ran out pretty quickly…”
Gluttonous slobs.
I would volunteer to stand at the end of the line, judge BMI and direct the fatties to put the extra slices back.
We got some donuts and bagels. Better than nothing I guess.
When is American Indian, Asian, Hispanic, India, Pacific Islander, White, etc. history month? Why does one racial group get a whole month every year?
Let’s face it…If you have to have an Employee Appreciation Week, then what sort of message does this send? That the other 51 weeks of the year, they don’t appreciate you? Employees SHOULD feel appreciated year round. No Employee Appreciation Week would be needed if that were the case.
Is EAW even a thing? Today is National Peanut Cluster Day and I haven't heard anything from leadership. Should we be concerned?
Think about it …. If you have an employee appreciation week, you really don't appreciate employees
We got cafeteria pizza.
I Middletown, they had a "signup for pizza". Then everyone in the building including those who didn't sign up showed up and the early people in line took so much that they ran out pretty quickly and had to send an email apology letter that they couldn't even run a pizza lunch correctly.
Employee appreciation? Oh, our manager did send out an applause thanking us for our work on Thursday and our VP sent out a text on Friday near end of day. Other than that it was crickets 🦗 it all felt forced.
Actions speak volumes!
John and the other C suite executives hate us. Thats’s unfortunately obvious. They either believe they’re better than us or believe the lies they’re being fed. The presence report is accurate is one example of those lies. Another one is employees haven’t been doing their jobs.
hey we had the mascots for the cowboys and mavericks come by in Dallas!! nothing says i appreciate my employees than this.
We go generic canned appreciation notes from our VP. I know I feel appreciated!
We got socks that probably cost 50 cents. One pair per employee please. And thank you for your service.
We got cafeteria pizza.
In MT, they gave out AT&T socks and also potato chips. Just curious…what did other locations get in the way of food?
Brothers and sisters guy is back
I got laid off during 'employee appreciation week'
Aka bonus pay for managers week for taking credit for your hard work.
They bought us Luby's as a buffet, it was wonderful. Choice of 5 or 6 mains (Fish, beef patties and gravy, chicken fried steak, roast chicken) with sides, snacks, drinks and dessert,
