There wasn’t very many offered in the System Tech ranks and even fewer takers. First one we have heard about in a while but it can happen because the workforce is aging but a lot of attrition has already happened for labor. The jobs more likely to be offered in the future are those that are going away with the old copper network.
Supplemental and severance packages are only for the c suite these days. Very few are offered in the labor ranks.
