It’s beyond corrupt as f in Wf Technology - beyond what Charlie or Bridget even realize. The biggest problems? MIKE BRADY AND MICHAEL PARKS! they are wasting money on the MILLIONS on travel and entertainment meant and Micheal parks has been caught laughing like it’s funny to send jobs to India yet blowing millions on waste! Will be glad to see the Elon Musk DOGE moment hit WF and expose the Reality of waste within while pushing jobs to India. Contact your representatives and senators and demand an investigation. - they are a publicly traded company using shareholder monies at epic levels of corruption! Expose them or it never ends!

I work with Indians onshore and offshore. My onshore cohorts work hard and love the country. They have explained the socio-econimic situation and therefore would like their kids to live here in the states where they can pursue their own paths, instead of the system in India that restricts people by class, or in Some cases, your name.
Offshore folks have always been kind, respectful and hardworking.

Full disclosure: I’m ex-WF, laid off after years of scrambling on unplanned work for bully managers. The app I migrated went offshore. Free from that chaos, I’ve reflected—this bank’s abusive as he-l, and it’s gotten worse, not better. The efficiency scandal’s just the cross-selling scam redirected: clients got a breather, now technical staff—operators keeping lights on—take the heat. Fear and intimidation rule (that +12 reply nails it); speak up, get gaslighted, then canned (+14 story’s mine too).
Training’s the kicker—no budget onshore, but offshore’s swimming in it. That’s abuse, plain and simple—starving U.S. operators of skills while India gets AI and Agentic gigs. Check WF’s job postings vs. Citi or JPM on the next post. Strip out non-U.S. roles, and WF’s near zero. Agile’s a sham here—bullies ki-l autonomy, leaving us on legacy crud while peers leap ahead. It’s like coding COBOL when Java hit—WF’s a tech backwater.
This fearful org (Edmondson’s playbook) can’t last. Shoreview 2019 screamed “fix DR,” but nah—untested systems fester, toxic debt piles up. Offshoring’s flailing, endless layoffs gut expertise—next crisis is coming, and operators’ll be the fall guys. Ex-WF folks: ditch the guilt, learn real SDLC (Cagan’s Inspired), heal (Fearless Organization), spill dirt if you’ve got it. HR: OD’s your only shot—bully culture’s too deep. 100%. Very toxic environment for tech. Enterprise “agile” is a total joke. No $ for training onshore yet offshore has plenty $ for training. End game is shell operations onshore and move as much work to lower cost centers specifically India.
