Simple fix that prevented this from happening in the past. Put back the rule that Repubs removed some years ago. Only allow companies to deduct foreign country expenses against foreign country revenue. You couldn't deduct those expenses against US generated revenue. This was changed because we all know that large corporations would not abuse it.
When it originally started, yeah, limited to very high end stuff. Now entry level IT plebe roles are filled with them. It's a sick joke. Sc--wing Americans to hire foreign mercs.

any US company offshoring jobs should be taxed to the point for each job that it is no longer beneficial to do so. Our politicians only seem to care about blue color jobs being offshore, what about us white collared jobs?
