Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Former employee Bonus

I quit last year, should I still expect a bonus for the months I worked in 2024? It has not come yet.

Bonuses were paid March 6 so if you don't have it then you aren't eligible. You quit so you don't get it unless you retired or were surplused

Not if you did not complete the whole year! If you were retirement eligible you would get a prorated amount.

The first two words of your post answer your question.

If you quit, you are not eligible for a prorated bonus. If you are laid off or "choose not to follow the job," you are eligible for a prorated bonus the following year.

May of quit for a better job, did anyone think of that? is asking for a prorated bonus based on time worked. Not everyone has the policies memorized and once gone no access.

More than just a d-mb question, it was the d-mbest move. Why did you quit? You should have let these bozos pay you to quit with severance.

2024 bonus was distributed on March 6. I’m not sure if you get it if you quit voluntarily. I know for sure you get prorated bonus if you were laid off.

If you quit you do not receive a bonus. If you were surplus you will receive a prorated bonus.
