“Only a handful of people not doing what they’re supposed to. Less than 1%” Now who’s showing they don’t know what they’re talking about?

“ T had no choice but to implement 5x8 mandates after presence reports became more advanced and started revealing what many employees were doing when virtual.”
False. The presence reports are not accurate and haven’t been. It’s obvious you’re a non-exempt field ops person with statements like that. You don’t know what you’re talking about. It was a handful of people not doing what they should have been. Less than 1%. Those people should have been terminated as a result. Now the company is feeling the pain as subscriber growth has fallen off. People are working less now and not putting in near the effort due to this 5x8 bs and the numbers are starting to show it.

It’s all an effort to reduce headcount. Not increase productivity. They’ve already said as much. They want to cut the size of the govt workforce and this is a way to force people out. Same with ATT and all the others. Most companies are still fully remote or hybrid. Everyone else is just trying to run people off.

According to recent studies, 70% of companies are still utilizing a hybrid work model, with the primary cited benefit being improved work-life balance for employees.

No, RTO is not becoming an RTO standard. The new standard is cleaning up waste, employment fraud, ghost employees and lazy fat a-s DEI hires from the government payroll that are draining taxpayer funds from hard working citizens.
