4000 open jobs reqs in India and maybe 300 in USA. Even job resources have said if the project owner and your name don't jive don't expect to get the job. USA will be mainly sellers and exec's to keep NYSE requirements.

IBM is BEST place to work for ? you must some da*m HR schmuck from India who can say that since all the US and European jobs go there. All we hear are the id--tic complaints from Alvind, Krabanaugh and the crooked Pipmunks about how AI isn't going fast enough to run the company. Why don't they hire AI to replace Alvind and the obese lap dog Krabanaugh first ?
Maybe the Indian H1B visa racket needs to stop and then lets see who's complaining, eh ?
