Anyone know what the strategy is?

I was once heard a senior sales VP get asked the question, "Do you have a goal for next year for sales?" The answer was (this is not a joke, actual answer), "We have a lot of goals and those goals have strategies. We'll focus on several goals next year." With that thinking there's no wonder culture prevails over strategy. You can't define either at NOV.

There is NO strategy within NOV that is the reason every quarter a nett loss is reported to the market apparently!
You'd never know, as the culture is extreme, EXTREME toxic any strategy, is as you say, eaten up by vile people dragging the culture down.
