Newly hired and backround etc are done but recruiter is not responding to calls or emails lol...I guess they freezing 🥶

The recruiter isn't paid to interact w/ you once you’re hired.
we are going into a ressesion ,good luck finding a permanant job .
My experience with getting ghosted in the professional world. The first time, I found out the person I was dealing with had died. All worked out for me at the end. The second time years later, the hiring person had either gotten canned or left and the job went poof. The third time there was some internal stuff going on in the company but it eventually worked out.
So it could be anything but in todays environment we can only guess.
