With the oil shortages and high prices, why is SYU never mentioned in the media?
The field has been shut in since the Refugio Oil Spill.

OP! Brah! You just said it will never start up. Who in their right mind would buy it? The only option is to plug and abandon. Might as well wait until the end of the facility life to do that.
