I want, no I demand,k three weeks severance pay for each year worked up to and including a maximum of one years pay. So sick and so tired of getting ripped off.

You’re not really in a position to demand anything. If I were in a position to give it to you, which I’m not, I wouldn’t because of you’re attitude. No one has ripped off anything from you. You made your own choices.
