Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The bigger picture

TLDR, then don’t! Layoffs will not stop for white collar workers… unless Moehdi pi---s off CTrump. Corruption is winning in Washington. Why else would consent orders randomly be removed. WF has only become less competent and more of a foreign entity. Anyone notice a pattern from the timeline below?

Here is the bigger picture that is happening. This is how democracy’s die. And this is what is happening. Anyone who thinks they have a case or complaint doesn’t realize that their isn’t any agencies or departments that will care… unless you are already a millionaire. Just look at what is happening to our country.

•January 17, 2025: A cryptocurrency associated with former President Trump is launched. Some experts warn that anonymous financial transactions could make it harder to track donations, potentially allowing foreign or undisclosed influences in U.S. politics.
•January 20, 2025: The administration introduces policies favoring the oil and gas industry. Critics question whether these policies were influenced by campaign contributions or industry lobbying, raising concerns about regulatory favoritism.
•January 25, 2025: Seventeen inspectors general—independent watchdogs responsible for overseeing government agencies—are dismissed. The removal of oversight officials may limit accountability and transparency within federal operations.
•January 27, 2025: The dismissal of a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) official leaves the agency without enough members to operate. This may delay decisions on labor disputes, which could disproportionately benefit large businesses.
•January 30, 2025: Board members of Trump’s media company receive stock awards worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. If these board members hold political influence, it raises questions about potential conflicts of interest between business and government.
•February 1, 2025: The director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is removed, with reports suggesting plans to scale back or eliminate the agency. This could reduce protections against financial fraud, making it easier for predatory business practices to go unchecked.
•February 4, 2025: Reports indicate that the White House mediated a dispute between professional golf leagues, including one with ties to Trump’s business. If true, this raises concerns about government officials using public resources to benefit private business interests.
•February 6, 2025: The administration proposes changes to the enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which regulates foreign lobbying. Reducing enforcement could make it harder to track foreign influence in U.S. policymaking.
•February 10, 2025: Reports suggest that legal charges against New York City Mayor Eric Adams were dropped in exchange for his political support. If accurate, this could raise concerns about the justice system being influenced for political gain.
•February 12, 2025: The State Department awards a $400 million contract for armored Teslas. Some question whether this contract was awarded based on national security needs or if it unfairly benefits a private company.
•February 15, 2025: The FDA fires 20 officials responsible for medical device approvals. The timing raises concerns about whether the dismissals were related to regulatory decisions affecting major companies, such as Neuralink.
•February 19, 2025: The IRS reduces its workforce by 7,000 employees, including those responsible for auditing high-income individuals and corporations. This could limit the agency’s ability to enforce tax laws, potentially benefiting wealthier taxpayers.
•February 26, 2025: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) ends a contract w a contract with Verizon and replaces it with Starlink, owned by Elon Musk. Some raise concerns about whether this decision was based on business merit or personal ties.
•March 3, 2025: Reports emerge that individuals paid large sums for private meetings with President Trump at Mar-A-Lago. This raises concerns about whether political access is being granted based on financial contributions rather than public interest.

Corruption is so rampant and accountability is paid for by meme coins to the man at the top who has immunity to all. So, yeah. Elections do matter.
