Yay this is promising. Seems like c level is finally realizing what horrible leadership we have had in Mid Markets. It only took years but progress is progress. Since she is comped on payroll, hopefully she got a big commission check before she left for the 10k reduction she approved in everyone’s salary. BUH BYE

fun fact, way back when, she asked her admin to start calling her "JVB" as she thought it made her seem more important, and it stuck, but now the truth about lack of skills is coming to haunt
I once crossed paths with JVB while walking across the lobby of the 2180 Building at Lenox Park. Our eyes met and she smiled at me. I still remember our encounter fondly to this day!
JVB will make AT&T great again.
Who the f is jvb
Why didn't this happen five years ago?
“ demoted to what?”
Senior executive coffee fetcher.
Did she lose her EVP title?
Is this official?
“ Why didn’t we get enps results last year?
It wasn’t eNPS that they refused to release results of.
It was the 3rd party McKinsey OHI (Occupational Health Index) Survey, more commonly referred to as the Culture Survey.
Before leaving, she allegedly reduced all platinum seller’s salaries by 10k. They put lip stick on a pig by saying that it was moved to their comp. But she and Bryan G made it so that this is ultimately unattainable. Despicable.
Btw Why didn’t we get enps results last year? Assuming we won’t this year either.
Employee appreciation is so last week.
Who is JVB? What salary reductions? Me and my teammates got pathetic raises of 2% but no salary reductions were given or talked about. Jeff McElfresh said today that T is doubling down on small and mid market segments. I was encouraged by this. So was my director when I talked to her. Did we get it wrong? And reveling in someone’s demise should be beneath everyone. Find a better stress outlet than anonymous cheap shots at people.
demoted to what?
Nobody puts baby (JVB) in the corner.....nobody.
These changes showed real appreciation for us and I appreciate it!
She appreciates your contribution, employee appreciation week was better for some.
Must have missed the official “demotion” email.
Do they not send those?
