@pq+1jp0v10rt Please provide examples on these leaders and why you view them as “great”.
To the person who posted about Lisa Grott and Chris Antenucci, you are way off the mark. They ARE 2 of the BEST managers in Technology at Wells /Fargo!!!! I imagine you are not happy with your recent displacement, which is understandable but PLEASE don't spread lies!!!!!!
San Leandro, CA office?
What is an engineering manager?
@a3+1jp0v10rt can you expand your thoughts on these individuals you listed? One of them is my manager and I’m very close to quitting.
He forwards emails that his manager sends to him. That is his main job. I guess that is a 1.
- Friend hired by Manager
- No tech experience
- Loud and obnoxious with corp buzz words
- Reminds me of brain dead Biden co-mie who is destroying our team
- 1 : No clue technically, highly toxic to staff except higher by them (old JPMC buddies)
Mine is technically competent, respectful to staff
Engineering manager complaint guy is back.
90%+ WORTHLESS MANAGERS WITH FAKE ‘DIRECTOR’ OR ‘EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’ job titles. Toxic people that do nothing for the Wells Fargo brand or the Real Owners - Shareholders! Examples include: LISA GROTT (previously cut from JPMorgan), MIKE BRADY, MICHAEL PARKS, CHRIS (CRYSTAL) ANTENNUCCI, to name a few … stay tuned
What do you mean "somewhat respectful to staff"? Also, what do you mean by "technically capable"? I had some managers that were not technically capable and not respectful. They even made a point not to be technical. Then you have to do this for your 2 up etc.
