Nope, no need to worry. I have been told they will need to add headcount. Consider yourself safe.
You should always be concerned about employee reductions. They happen all the time regardless of condition or direction of the company.
Keep complaining about office space and more cuts will follow
Support staff will be unnecessary duplication. They are doing their best to free up desk space for all the complaining.
The ONLY way to do that is cut. It says that much in the McElfresh email.
“To eliminate the duplication and operating inefficiency that was necessary while we rebuilt important muscle in the Mid Market segment.”
He is tell you Mid Market is about to be a blood bath.
I overlap my coworkers conference table space everyday and they overlap mine, RTO is wonderful.
If you were in midmarket or enterprise, you would know the answer to this already.
How much overlap is there?
Anyone with any real insight ?
More layoffs and micro management
Get busy, orders have been slow lately.
Absolutely not, if anything they will be adding upwards of 25 FTE's.
Yes.
