Worked there for 39 years and never got laid off, but got taken advantage of especially during the last 10 years. Middle management always took credit for your accomplishments. Sadly the last 5 years the company has went to sh-t because of D.E.I. I'm not prejudice but when you hire unqualified people because of D.E.I. quality goes down. Hopefully the high level people can earn their pay and right there sinking ship.

When you start a sentence with “I'm not prejudice but…”, it confirms that you are. What does DEI have to do with your rant about managers taking credit for your work? Blaming DEI is an excuse to be racist, s-xiest, and prejudiced. Take accountability and control for your life, and stop blaming some person somewhere who is not a white male that is ruining your life.
The company had no choice but to abide by the last administration's misguided efforts and their version of social justice. If L3harris wanted to stay in the good graces of the government, they had to make those changes in hiring and promoting practices. However, that ideology obviously failed big time.
I see lots of people of all colors not doing anything except play pass the buck.
I’m all for treating everyone with respect but L3H literally has hiring and promotion quotas based on race/gender. Manager bonuses are explicitly tied to these racial/gender metrics. How could anyone defend that? Why is anyone who’s “anti-DEI” just assumed to want 100% white male domination? Where is the common sense??
