Average Hours Report threshold for February

For January 2025, HR had sent notifications to management for employees whose average number of hours for the month were less than 3 hours.

Has anyone received notification from HR for the month of February? Does anyone know what the threshold for average hours is in February and March to avoid an email notification from HR?

We all know that the Average Hours report is erroneous and it doesn’t always have the correct number of hours worked in a day. Even when we work 8 hours in a day, the Average Hours report may not show 8 hours.

Everybody I know keeps an excel of the time they come in and out. Some of the more paranoid folks are taking daily pictures of their office and laptop clock...In and Out as they say the presence report is whacked.

If you are management, they can cut you lose for any reason they want

Yes, but unless it’s for cause, they have to pay unemployment. How are they going to dispute someone’s unemployment claim (show cause) with a report that doesn’t work?

If you are management, they can cut you lose for any reason they want. Be a good soldier and do the RTO thing and document your hours. Good luck.

Erroneous post. The presence report has a 90% accuracy rate.

“ The RTO requirement is 5x8. This could not be more clear or specific.”

It’s actually not that for everyone. My group is min 6 hours on in office days less if we have site visits and we do not have to come to office on site visit days so we have a lot of site visits happening right now.

How do we see our hours?

Either the RTO Troubleshooting page or the Presence Report.

“It's "elusive" geniuses. Elusive.”

It was a spellcheck error not that anyone but you gives a sh**.

BTW “elusive” was referring to the investigation outcome - not the RTO policy communications. Happy now? Your defense of RTO is duly noted - and here too, no one gives a sh**.

“What part of Return To Oneness do you not understand?”

The dictatorial policy enforcement and unrelenting oversight that’s clearly designed to further hc reductions vs driving productivity. Duh.

I don’t have a problem working in an office (though I’m not nearly as productive) but 8x5 may not be feasible for some and flexibility would go along way to supporting workforce needs while still promoting “oneness”.

How’s that kool-aid tasting?

Yes. I know several people under investigation. Not yet clear what the outcome will be but if hours shortage or missed days in office are deemed to be COBC violation or insubordination it’s been said that is grounds for termination. Company being illusive as always.

Do what everyone else is doing and track your own and document. It will come in handy when this ends up in court and ATT has to settle and backpay all that OT and other things for misclassification.

Nope it is not accurate. I’m consistently being shorted and the start/end times are wrong. Document and have photographic proof.
