Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

Beefing up staffing in the UHN executive level

While continuing to disallow backfilling of front line workers. That is so wrong and evil.

They didn’t have close to enough people take the voluntary lay off. You will find out soon enough.

I guess there won’t be any layoffs. They had enough people take the offer.

Ok. So they create or fill positions that are higher ups, which will cost the company more money?! What a crock of...
I'm a Frontline person that took the vrsp, decision wasn't an easy decision, but putting the fear of involuntary layoff is cruel.1
They're so he-l bent on that AI cr-p and outsourcing to offshore advocates. There is also the claims that deny for no reason. I'm glad to be leaving.
Guess it's better to line the pockets of the higher ups.
I'm good at what I do, and the piddly a-s annual pay increase is a joke. It's almost impossible to move up vertically even with educational and professional experience.
I hope this bites them in the a-s!
