Thank you Charlie for the self help book about self coaching. I'm so glad the company is willing to put money into manager development by making these types of coaching resources available to us. I'll make sure to read it during the day while I'm sitting in my empty office.

I am taking charge of me. I’ve been here so long that I know how to work the system. I open up so many trouble tickets that everything I do and everything everyone else does is buried in red tape. We’re all just coasting along collecting $$$.
